Came by for the first time on 9/8, everything went smoothly. Check in was quick, reception girl is smart, sales guy with beard was patient and intelligent. First time customer discount was applied. Showroom is spacious and clean. Love the location, will def. return.

Parking lot is tight with very limited parking spots. Prices are astronomical with no first patient discounts like others have stated. White guy with tattoos working register gives off that a$$hole vibe. As the title states, Greenhouse was the priciest shop I visited prior to coming here. I'm more of a recreational user so Im seeking good prices above else. Remedy in columbia offers cartridge deals once a week at 3 carts for $140 and theyll even text you on the day that deals available. Compare that to buying 3 carts here for $250! Columbia also has a much cleaner atmosphere and building with ample parking. Hands down kills this place and greenhouse. I've yet to leave a review for Remedy Columbia but here it is I guess. I live on the edge of silver spring where it borders olney, but will I ever visit rise ss again? Even if Im in the area? If im back in the downtown ss area again, I will rather drive a bit further and check out some of the DC dispensaries to check out prices there. I'm one and done with rise ss.
