Budtenders are overly medicated and snotty. They are obviously clueless and what help they were getting is gone now. This place won't last until Traverse City passes Rec and they know it, and even when it does, why would they pick this tiny gas station store for an AU license when there are better, more accessible options in town? I'd rate less if I could.

Hands down the best medical dispo in the area, best budtenders, best flower. Daily deals are fun. Something new every time I visit. Huge selection of concentrates and edibles, some are hard to find or incredibly unique. Three months in and I have yet to have an unpleasant experience here.

Curbside pickups are quick, safe, and easy. Green Pharm staff is well trained and professional, but still friendly and relaxed. Always satisfied.

Multiple visits to Green Pharm have proven consistent quality of service. Patient comfort has a high priority, and the staff are well-educated on product but never pushy. The staff has already begun to learn my individual needs and preferences and Hailey in particular has been simply wonderful. I'm always in and out in a timely manner and yet never feel rushed or impatient. The biggest problem is making a decision; with such a variety, I'll likely never get to try it all, which is actually a terrific problem to have!
