Placed order via Weedmaps, I didn’t receive a prepared order status or order ready for pickup confirmation from the business. I figured they were busy so I drove over about 45 minutes later. I arrived to zero customers but the kid at the front desk on his phone. I was a first timer so he required my id and med card but both of these are submitted via Weedmaps with my order request so I’m not sure why they make you hang around to create a profile when it could have already been done? So finally he takes me back to the sales floor and leads me directly to my bag sitting next to the register. I had to break away to check out the store. No sales technique, no warm welcome, no passion. I started looking at the buds and oh my god - I’ve never seen such ugly looking bud. Every single bud was light damaged, brown - unsmokeable. I go to checkout and somehow my total is $10 more than my Weedmaps order total, he can’t tell me exactly why but 5 mins later he comes up with my original total? Sad.

Also, just to ease your mind on it - we would never sell that bud from the displays - it is light damaged so fast from the LED's and we don't want to waste too much good bud on displays. Bad budtenders

Budtenders are overly medicated and snotty. They are obviously clueless and what help they were getting is gone now. This place won't last until Traverse City passes Rec and they know it, and even when it does, why would they pick this tiny gas station store for an AU license when there are better, more accessible options in town? I'd rate less if I could.

To any newcomers who may be dissuaded by it's smallish storefront, seriously look no further for the highest quality cannabis in the area. Loads of strains different from other area dispos. Killer rosin. Phenomenal selection in all departments. The most convenient location to downtown shopping district. Coveted dispo choice by those living and adventuring in downtown TC. Ya gotta scope it if you're passionate about quality product!!!!!
