Great selection of flower, easy ordering, and great first time discount.

Went today to try the new grower DC’s sour diesel. Dispensary was packed but from enter-exit was about 30mins with the holiday rush. Drive thru set up is nice but getting the first window with little direction from security was confusing, the window is covered with signage and didn’t appear in use to first time visitors. Pricing, selection, and ease of access were average to slightly better than some others. Getting better and hopefully price and selection will improve.

Online preorder was easy but still in development so can be confusing for some, pickup was fairly quick, received email and phone call when order was ready which was nice and customer service was friendly. As a customer with few questions and advance knowledge of what I’m looking for I really appreciate the preorder option, new online menu, and ability to skip the lines and avoid crowds. Anxiety is high during these odd times so I was expecting a long wait but from check in to leaving it only took about 20min thanks to the preorder option.

Still no real security, still can’t keep menu updated, and waiting area seems like it’s smaller than before. Really disappointing to see no improvements in security especially with how dangerous Hagerstown is. Budtender was friendly and helpful and some decent strains available and product quality seems to have improved.

Great first visit with nice 10%discount. Very roomy waiting room and no wait time and nice variety of products. Staff was extremely professional and bonus points for being Dunkin Donuts adjacent.

Quality meds, quick/professional bud tenders, and worth the drive-really wish you had a Hagerstown location though.

On one of my visits I heard the bud tender say “last customer now let’s go smoke a bowl” as I was leaving. Could you imagine your pharmacist saying something like that? Between that, the high prices, lack of security, constant fake reviews, and low quality medicine they have completely lost my business.

Still no security in waiting room, still not updating menu, still posting fake reviews, and still lacking variety. Parking lot was empty so there was no wait but the lack of security for customers in waiting room really needs to be addressed. Cashing out my loyalty points so I don’t have to return until they get it together.

Finally got some Bruce Banner before it sold out, this stuff always seems to sell super fast. Zero wait time at Kannavis, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and always a great experience.

Menu “updated” an hour before I went, waited 30+minutes in an extremely crowded small space, and surprise out of what I wanted. Guess the 30 minute drive to Frederick would be much better than sitting in a crowded room for 30 minutes. It’s really a shame considering how close this place is but they still don’t have their act together and the wait times are getting worse. Update: menu “updated” again and the item that was sold out is still up-beginning to feel like a bait&switch victim as I was told full grams were out so I’d have to get two half grams w/o price break if I want a full gram. Accurate menus, pricing, and product details available on Weedmaps really speeds up the process for most customers and when your waiting area lacks comfort, security guards, ample space, and atmosphere speeding up the process is desperately needed.

Please update online menu, rarely see strains on special listed on menu and some items on menu aren’t available. Got me again today, nothing on menu was available, really could’ve saved me an Uber trip if they’d just update their menu, extremely disappointing to say the least.

Bought 1.5g sativa at local dispensary and first noticed no glass tip and pre roll looked small, compared it to my indica pre roll and it was about half the size. Luckily my local dispensary gave me a hassle free refund but extremely disappointing to experience an error like that on a $30 pre roll.

Extremely professional staff, great atmosphere, and prices are reasonably average. Can’t wait until menus are posted and hope to see some Bruce Banner #3 in stock soon.

Tastes great when it works but there’s seems to be a piece of metal like a ball bearing rolling around in the battery contact point and it seems to only hit when held vertically.

The staff is always friendly and never make you feel rushed.
