And ain't a girl alive gonna keep that fool around. And you may think that's a joke, but it's that sad again. And it's not even "ha ha" funny. And to think, I gave you guys a second chance. Consistency in customer service is the key especially when you are not selling top shelf bud. You consistently have bad reviews about your staff. What does management do to address this? It appears they only write apologies in Weedmaps comments. Maybe you complain to them, because they improve for a little while, but then it's back to rude workers. Only so many apologies will correct what appears to be a management problem at the Green Tree Longmont location. I've worked in customer service for 20+ years and yours is the worst I've seen so far. It seems like you don't train them at all or don't hold them accountable. Whatever the case this is something you should address because again you lost my business. The bud's not bad, I just don't like being treated poorly when it involves my medicine unless it's gold. And your bud is not gold. It's pretty sad when your medical and you treat us like we're stupid druggies. It's pretty sad when you're the best in Longmont because you are the "only" in Longmont. I feel bad for the folks that cannot drive to Boulder or Denver for good medicine. Not to say that it's horrible--it's like having a hot boyfriend who can't keep it up or a beautiful girlfriend that just lies there. It is only half way there. Sorry guys, you lost my business and I spend a lot on my medicine. I will only go there if I am super desperate and cannot get out of Longmont. Learn how to treat people! I really feel bad for the person who left the last review. A worker did the same thing to me last time! This red headed female that kept looking at me like I'm stupid. Not the tall red head but the short young one. You should be ashamed that you are so lazy ! I don't feel good when I leave Green Tree. It feels like I'm at a drug dealer's house and he doesn't care for me...only my $$$.

I'm not sure if it's for the better. The price is awesome, depending on the visit, First, they have certain strains in stock that are awesome, but the selection has fluctuated to having only two there to about 6 or 7. And I usually don't see what I liked from there before. Also, it depends on who fills the container. They are prepackaging the buds now which I don't like because I can't see what's going into my bag. The last batch of Star Dawg was awesome, that is, the buds in the container that were full, dense, and sparkling. The other half of the quarter was loose, airy buds, if they could even be called that. For shame, whoever packaged that, that deserves at the most, a 2 for bud quality once it's considered as a whole. That's also the 2 for staff as well as the front desk folks that can't bother to say "Later" when I walk out the door. It's an easy and effective customer satisfaction tool. Back to the medicine, though. See, if I spend $50 bucks on 7 grams and get 7 grams of dense, brilliant Star Dawg, then that's a hell of a deal. If I spend the $50 bucks and get and 1/8 of good medicine out of a quarter, then I'm not a happy customer! The staff is nice and the place is easy enough to find. So is the change for the better? Time will tell. I'm not hating, I like the price and the atmosphere, just get the medicine to match it and it will be a perfect 5.

Ok. My two visits to Green Tree Longmont were like night and day. My first is the review below this...not a good experience at all! However, in the comments, someone from Green Tree offered an apology and as one who worked in customer service for a long time, I know the power an apology can have in a bad situation. So I decided to give them another shot and post my review accordingly. I'm not sure where the change occurred, but keep it up! The staff was friendly, taking the time to address my issues. It was a good experience with the staff, an overall 5/5. The atmosphere was fine; it's a small yellow building north of HWY 66 by a fly fishing shop. It seems a bit small and rustic,but that's simply my personal opinion. 4/5. Accessibility hovers between a 3 and 4, simply because you have to be going east on 66 to enter and the entrance on 287 is closed, which may make some believe it is closed. A sign on the rolling fence would be nice, telling folks to enter on 66. Just a suggestion 3.5/5. The Bud Quality is a 5/5. The Grape Ape is great--a nice sedating hybrid with that nice grape taste on exhale. Price is competitive for the area; it seems the further north you go in Colorado, the higher the price of medicinal marijuana. 5/5. I will be back. Keep up the good work.

*This place was still strictly medical at the time of this review* I went here to take advantage of the $15 Honey Oil syringe awhile back and haven't reviewed this one yet. It just wasn't that memorable. I didn't enjoy the Honey Oil but I didn't spend too much on it, so no big deal. It had a hay taste and not much of an effect. Not to say it wasn't a nice building in a good accessible location; it was that nothing really struck me. I ended up purchasing a gram of the Standing Akimbo budder as well. It was okay; I know people love this stuff, but it wasn't my cup of tea. I seemed to go through it pretty quickly. The staff was nothing spectacular; they did their job, but nothing more. The lady that waited on me seemed like she would rather be somewhere else and didn't appear to know much about the concentrates they were selling. I didn't try the flowers, so I cannot comment on those. So my experience with these folks wasn't satisfying or dissatisfying; it was just average.

Well, I was disappointed. I went here last week and figured they would treat people better than they do. I went in asking about a special I saw on this site and the worker said that the Boulder locations offer different deals sometimes. The Boulder Location? If that's the one I was looking at, I would have been in Boulder! Not only did he intentionally or unintentionally insult my intelligence; here was one of my first points of contact with the business and it had already started out sour. They had no wax or shatter and unless I didn't hear it, was offered no apology. I eventually stopped asking questions because he really didn't seem to want to answer them. So, i bought a little bit to sample. It wasn't bad but unfortunately it was flavored negatively by the customer service, or more accurately, the lack thereof. I thought the selection was lacking as well. Overpriced, too. If you're looking for something close to Longmont, go to Berthoud.

1st visit review: I traveled here to check out closer dispensaries and am glad I did. The staff was friendly and professional. They have a dog wandering the premises which was interesting. I got a eight of the Bubba D which looks and smokes beautifully. They also offer a 5 time first patient discount which is cool so I can check them for consistency. If the rest of the product is like the Bubba D, that's an awesome mix. Will be back. 2nd visit review: Ok. I have been here for my second visit and have decided to up my rating to a solid 5. The staff was great; and helped me find the right medicine for a blue day...some OG Brain X W91. Nice happy cerebral high-great for depression! Initially, I thought this was a bit pricey but for the product it is well worth it and it saves gas money--no drive to Denver or Fort Collins, nor the traffic of Boulder. Nice small town store. Thanks again.
