I went in for a medical card application. Going to her office is a little tricky- you need to use a buzzer to access the elevator. The office is small with a couch to sit on. She just needed some medical records of mine and my ID. The process was quick and she answered all my questions. She also gave me her cell number to contact her outside of business hours with any questions.
