Almost one of the best dispensaries out there, there are some improvements greatly needed, I work in the legal side of the entertainment industry, so my time, is usually limited. When I venture out to a dispensary, I usually visit the website beforehand, to verify inventory or types of products on hand. The HIGH Website; seems like it's being updated, based on their display of a live menu, but upon arrival to said club, the website is wrong and it has not been corrected or updated, for 5 days, per staff. In Hollywood and in the legal realm, they call that "bait and switch" you bate a customer in with certain product and then switch them, to something else. If the menu is not being updated for more than one hour, it's not a "live menu" and is therefore, empowering the bate & switch use. Please update your live menu, as an actual LIVE MENU, or remove that phrase from the weedmaps website. It's very frustrating, to visit and walk out empty handed. Let see what happens 2day.

That's pretty impressive, they help you feel, like a first time patient, with an amazing deal; 3 times in a row. That's a win, win, win in my book. I ordered 2 types of concentrates, Stiiizy had a new Apple fritter and I wanted to try it. They had it, when no one in the valley has it available. I didn't purchase any actual flower, so I don't know, if it's dry or not. Most of the stuff that arrives from deliveries, is prepackaged, not packed fresh from a tested jar. So I dont purchase flower, thats not in a jar. Overall, it was a fast and reliable service, for what I needed, I've already recommended them to a friend and he's used them too. I'm a producer in the entertainment industry, hence the long winded review. In Hollywood, we are all MMJ Dragons! Try them!

After visiting another club and experiencing bait-and-switch, I visited Hazel, amazing experience, not only did I get the sale of the day, but they gave me a couple freebies based on my poor experience at another club, this is now my lifelong Club. Yes they were all wearing masks and practicing social distancing while in the club. Other clubs need to follow the example being set by Hazel. The Gorillaz thank you!!

Called and verified that they had a certain stiiizy battery in stock, came down and waited the 20 minutes new patient, guess what no battery in stock complete bait-and-switch try to sell me a different product. I would give it negative Stars if I could, businesses like this need to be monitored for false advertising.
