I made a purchase today and I did not receive the items purchased. I was unfamiliar with the brand and did not notice the packaging was different until I opened one. I called and customer service took care of me. My replacement items are now on the way. I agreed to exchange the wrong items for my intended purchase when the driver arrives. I did have to keep the opened product. Thankfully this was my first order, so in addition to the first order discount, I got my whole order. Just waiting for the delivery, all around nice and professional customer service. I will order from them again.
