Initially my visit was fine! When I returned to my home I discovered I had been sold the wrong thing and the keif joint I bought had broken glass on the inside of the tube when I opened it. The joint had glass shards stuck in it!! I then returned to the dispensary I explained and showed the products. They told me that they couldn’t exchange my cartridge but could sell me a battery. I have 1000 batteries at home. I was uncharged in this situation and it was completely unfair. They also told me that they would do a penny joint. This didn’t happen. At any other dispensary I would have been met with apologies by many bud tenders along with my item being replaced or a free item as an apology. I was FLOORED the bud tender was apologetic and kind about the situation. The manager didn’t look me in my eyes and explain the situation. He said they couldn’t do it. I was asked to spend another 25 dollars on top of the 120 I had already spent. I tipped them 4 dollars and that is the last amount of money they will ever see from me.
