I drove 2hrs to pick up RSO that I ordered online. When I got the 2.5hrs after placing my order, they said they didn't have any online orders. Then the bud tender goes "OH it must be this one" I was still on the printer. N0 one have even looked at it in 2.5hrs. So they did not have the RSO I ordered. The bud tender tried to hook me up with some edibles, but evryone he tried to get for me they were out of. Very disappointed and will not be wasting my time here again.

The order was a misprint. It wasn’t nuggets. It was shake, and the guy was kind of rude about the transaction, and then I was forced to have to buy other products from that place and wasted the time and effort to travel to the location for shake when I thought I was gonna get nugs.

Glass in my joint and no help

Initially my visit was fine! When I returned to my home I discovered I had been sold the wrong thing and the keif joint I bought had broken glass on the inside of the tube when I opened it. The joint had glass shards stuck in it!! I then returned to the dispensary I explained and showed the products. They told me that they couldn’t exchange my cartridge but could sell me a battery. I have 1000 batteries at home. I was uncharged in this situation and it was completely unfair. They also told me that they would do a penny joint. This didn’t happen. At any other dispensary I would have been met with apologies by many bud tenders along with my item being replaced or a free item as an apology. I was FLOORED the bud tender was apologetic and kind about the situation. The manager didn’t look me in my eyes and explain the situation. He said they couldn’t do it. I was asked to spend another 25 dollars on top of the 120 I had already spent. I tipped them 4 dollars and that is the last amount of money they will ever see from me.

Considerate, ego - less, knowledgeable people.
