I placed an order for a two pack of prerolls of Oakfruitland for $15 and when I got there, it was replaced with two individual pre rolls for $26. I felt like I got scammed by the manager I was on the phone with and none of the bud tenders even cared that I was upset at being up charged after I placed an order and spoke with someone on the phone. I liked this place initially since it was closest to me but now I'm going to avoid it like the plague.

What a sad situation. I asked tbe budtender for help and she said I have to figure out myself because she's super busy.

They told me I have to wait for help and to do the best I can. I actually like frost but the customer service is absolutely awful.
