I waited very long and scheduled a card payment ahead of time.. There was an issue of some sort where the driver took 3 hours before responding and then when arrived tells me he cant take a card instead of letting me know ahead of time. As result I didn't get cash or my product. Very poor experience especially that driver was rude to me like i did something to him. I clearly stated my intention to pay with a card. If something isn't working the business should have let it be known or stop accepting card all together for consistency purposes.
