have had multiple issues with purchases here in the last two months. Several 1/8ths did NOT weigh correct. It took escalation to general manager to do anything about it. He immediately came up with a resolution I was happy with. Today I came back for a $220 purchase. A cheap disposable vape pen I bought on 4/20 special Doea not work. I brought it with me today as I have terminal bone cancer and cone here once a month. The female manager made me jump through hoops blowing all over the vape in front of her. She could CLEARLY see it fours not work. Her solution is 50 % off my next vape purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. She apparently has no problem ripping me off right to my face. Her excuse…,, well you purchased it back on 4/20. I sincerely hope she never gets bone cancer and is limited on the time she can drive and leave the house…. Some of us are actually looking for medical mariijuana…. Not just to get high…… absolutely disgusting .

I’m sitting in parking lot now. Employee came out and asked for $60 more than my order should have been. Was extremely condescending.... asking if he had permission to go inside and correct it. Send a second person out that was ruder than the first. If you’re going to advertise a sale then honor your sale. Don’t try to charge more for a pickup and get mad when your caught trying to overcharge. Sooooooii many dispensary around. Maybe you should learn to value a customer .

The last two times I have gone there I was treated rudely and told they didn’t have the supply to honor what their website lists as the specials. If happy hour starts at 3, I get there at 3, how are you out of the specials.
