Chose this dispensary cus i didnt care for the service at another local dispensary & to my surprise the service was worse than the other place & i immediately regretted my decision to come here. My budtender knew nothing of terps & then rang me up before i even seen the products & then when i looked at the cherry deathstar wax it wasnt even wax, it looked like salt, so i asked to get the fire og sugar & she looks at me & tells me they cant do refunds?? I didnt even leave the register & just wanted the other product. They threw a big fit & even though i told them i was in a hurry cus i was on break, they took there time & it took about 30 mins just to get me the other product. Ridiculous! The manager tried to intimidate me when i asked if the people sitting behind the window were the manager. I dont know what happened but i used to get great service here & now theyre just flat out RUDE! Gonna take my business else where

I got to say im really impressed the way Megan the manager handles people. She was fantastic! I had a little bit of an issue a couple of days prior & when i went there today i got a chance to talk to her & she did me right. I really appreciate it! Silver State goes right back to the top of the list & i recommend you go there for great prices, fire products & a very educated staff that are really friendly. Ill be back! Been 1 of my favorites in town for a long time now. They have great deals at this place & there house concentrates have really improved but i would like to see them get more nug run extracts & not so many trim runs. Flower is pretty good, a lil dry but thats an easy fix. Overall its a pretty damn good dispensary
