I was a patient at a nearby dispensary for years before Covid made them intolerable to visit. I switched over to Botanica after a “last straw” with my other dispensary, and I regret not doing it sooner. The flower is just FIRE 🔥 and the customer service is just as rad. No regrets, just premium meds. HIGHLY recommended...love you guys!

Every Wednesday since Feb 2017 I have gone to NatureMed. I’ve referred them to at least 20 people who ultimately visited or became a patient as well. Since covid started, I have nothing good to say at all. Standing outside for 30-45 mins for only five patients being helped is just ridiculous. If you had to package the flower still? Sure. Otherwise that’s unacceptable when it’s over 100° every single day now. The prepackaged flower? How am I to know that’s top shelf? You could be selling me mid or bottom tier and I would never know. I buy 3/4-1oz per week of top shelf flower, and no, I don’t want that in 1/8th’s. Mario, thank you for all the great service these past 6 months. Without you, I likely would’ve given up the first day we were forced to stand outdoors. I spent $200+ per week with you guys, but after being told once again that the system is updating with a two hour wait, I walked away permanently. I can’t drive 30 miles from a rural area to be told “Sorry” and get a text 4 hours later regarding delays. Sad ending guys, I held you in such high regards. In the end, I realized I’m just another number and my patronage over the years truly meant nothing. Farewell NatureMed.

After a bad first experience, I decided to try again since support reached out to rectify the issue. The second time around was much more pleasant and easy. Placed my order online, got the texts within minutes and headed there. The security guard was awesome, extremely helpful (young Mexican man) and helped me immensely being a FTP. My budtender had the most amazing personality as well so I left a generous tip. The distance is a bit much (30 miles) but I will definitely be using this place more often. The flower is pretty amazing (I tried Hemlock and Moonshine) so overall, it was a 5 star experience this time around. Thank you for reaching out as well!

I went in D2 for the iLava BOGO deal since my usual dispensary is pretty straightforward on the whole BOGO Monday deals only. The lobby is spacious, and the registers are far enough apart to have privacy while buying your meds. This is a pretty big deal for me since some people tend to socialize, and I prefer not to. The cartridges are an amazing deal, and they actually had them in stock, which tends to be an issue at other dispensaries I’ve frequented as well, so I bought two. I didn’t buy flower, but I got a free gram preroll of “Royal Cheese” and I gotta say, it was pretty damn impressive. Very cheesy and toasty. I’ll be trying flower next time :) great experience overall!
