I regularly use Kushy because I like the brands they carry (edibles) and the reliability of their delivery service. The most recent experience was particularly good after one of the items i ordered was out-of-stock, it took a few texts to come up with a substitution but all was resolved quickly and my order arrived earlier than estimated. So, all went smoothly and I continue to highly recommend Kushy.

I had previously had an unsatisfactory experience with Kushy, but today’s was a completely different experience! I am pleased to report that they wrought of their way to grapple with low stock on an item I wanted and to come close to delivering within the initially planned window. It wasn’t perfect, but they made every effort for which I am grateful. And they do have a terrific stock of edibles which is why I keep trying them. Here’s hoping that today was the beginning of a happy and ongoing relationship! Thanks very much.

This is an update to my previous 1-star review. Kushy did not deliver my order (placed at 4pm) until the following morning (despite claiming it would be delivered in a timely fashion the previous evening). I was furious. But they did, finally, deliver it mid-morning the following day and included a few items (no charge) which I had not ordered. I am not confident in their ability to be timely and reliable about deliveries, but they were pleasant throughout so I think my initial 1-star and rage-filled section might not be entirely fair.

Ordered just after 4pm but still no delivery after 10pm and limited replies to texts trying to find out what's going on. The same products as available anywhere else, but unreliable for delivery, unfortunately, especially for an elderly person in pain and in need of help sleeping. To avoid aggravation, consider your options before ordering from Kushy.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my delivered order from KOLAS and I especially appreciated the discount for seniors, the ability to pay with a debit card, and the delightful cheerfulness of the delivery guy. Also the selection of edibles suited me just fine (though some premium dark chocolate bars would be very appreciated in the future). I will definitely order from them again.
