I was thoroughly satisfied with my delivered order from KOLAS and I especially appreciated the discount for seniors, the ability to pay with a debit card, and the delightful cheerfulness of the delivery guy. Also the selection of edibles suited me just fine (though some premium dark chocolate bars would be very appreciated in the future). I will definitely order from them again.

I left Sacramento / Elk Grove in October 22 and relocated to Boise Idaho, land of no dispensaries. I was having difficulty getting my Pax pods to work, and after much frustration decided to call Kolas. I spoke with Bree, who was so friendly and helpful. she suggested I use a hair dryer to warm them. It worked! she saved me a hundred mile round trip to the Oregon border. I wanted to give her a personal rating but never received the link. I miss Kolas and appreciate the very helpful reps!
Communication could use some work.

Overall, it was a decent experience. One thing I would say is the communication around confirming orders needs some work. I placed an order through Weedmaps early in the afternoon and never really had a clue if the order was coming until the driver contacted me later that evening.

I tried ordering on weedmaps then on their website then talked to someone on the phone who canceled my order because im 20 turning 21 WITH A MEDICAL MARIJUNA CARD, I’ve had it since I was 18 and going on 3 years ive never been discriminated against like this, it’s very unfortunate because I wanted to try their products however ill never order here again.

I placed an order around 4:30 and they cancelled it after 6… no reason at all. It said they were packing it so idk what happened but all I know is they should’ve cancelled it sooner instead of having me wait for two hours and it being too late to try to order anything else!!!
