Sales tax is 8%, everywhere in San Diego. You must have put a 4 instead of a 5 in your comments. $50 8th is $54. Anyone not paying sales tax is buying product from an illegal dispensary. We will stationary for 10 years, because the sales tax goes to the city, allowing us to be protected by SD laws. Which in turn, protects the access to the patients. We are a regular store, just like VONS. Don't you want your facility you buy products that impact your body, to be regulated? If you get sick at an illegal store, you have no repercussion. The world is changing and finally we are like every other store in America. Support your rights, by paying sales tax to provide you a place that has health protection as its number one policy. I think its great you know how much the tax is. All businesses, roll their cost in an 8th of marijuana, and you have no idea what is being made from your donation. At least you know what the city fee is to remain open and it's non-negotiable.
