They won't show up. Order 10am on Tuesday morning at 1130am still not ETA and said they don't have one. This is a normal thing for this company to not give ETA and then provide one for 4-5 hours out. This place needs to just close or sell off so a actual company that's wants to operate can come in to replace these clowns

came in to get an 1/8th of Orange juice by elyon. the product is on the floor but not in stock hows that work but you have a tag system so you see the big red dot and still leave it for customers to look at and inquire. tried to give them my business but was then told by your budtender to check out this $60 8th when the one I just came to see was $30 terrible customer service to show me a product double what I came in looking at. Would not recommend I only came because they are by my house

The Wide open floor plan that you need to flag someone down to help you with your purchase. After that you must wait for it to be packaged and your name to be called. Get asked by every other budtender walking by if you need help but they never do it when they see you standing at a display. Very awkward customer service, unlike any club in my 16 yrs of experience and purchasingin 4 states this takes the cake as a no go for me. After all that to come home with your top shelf strain that was $75 that is packaged December of 2020 and has already produced 3 seeds in less than a gram. I have already reached out to the vendor since the club did not have a feel of customer service at all. Good luck buying here I'd much rather buy blind with a delivery or drive out of my way for the same products for much less.

started off with about 6 people in line then one goes under the rope to a bud tender while myself and the rest of the line wonders why she got to cut. Get to budtender 15+ min later to find out weedmaps is not accurate and the products I drove out to get are not there. Go with some other options and got the purple champagne that when you open the jar the bud is oxidized to a tan color no longer green, i should have looked at the date in store the product is from January so its almost 9 months old. Disappointing experience after dropping over $100 to come home and not be as excited about what I purchased after opening the jars, this will probably be my only visit

When a customer places a order in advance via weedmaps, get the notification it's all ready for pickup, ti then arrive and be told the products you ordered are out of stock. Not a good experience since I would have saved my gas and gone to a place that had my products instead of show up and be greeted with unfortunately we don't have it. Not a fix of what they could do to remedy it just simply is what it is. As a person working in the industry for the last few years with over 13years medical rec, it was not how businesses should have been handled. Call your customer don't just stand there and say well it's not here what do you wanna do. Probably going to be taking my business to another spot for awhile until I see some change. Which is unfortunate for how many people I told this my my go to after the first 2 visits today changed everything. Goodluck

bought couple top shelf 14er flower and I've very had nitro sealed flower this dry in my life in 13 years of cannabis this has never been this bad where I felt I've bought flower that I cant even smoke it just turns to dust can't even be safe with top shelf options 1st and last visit

the staff here is the reason we all come back from the nice greeting you get at front desk with a smile, then to the back with great budtenders, the knowledge in the building is why I keep coming back they all know there stuff and the managers are always cool to deal with keep up the great work. Shoutout to the always helpful Jordan, Claudia, Aysha, Alice, Adriana, Columba, Alex, Adam, Tino, Cassidy in the back keeping those products coming, Raymond, Jaime and of course can't forget the front desk Jayna and Leslie

went in today first time in the area had to check them out since the first time deal was 20% off so it covered some of the taxes. got the sant a cruz sherb, the gods gift, yummy berry, the sauce and grape thunder. everything looked good only down side the sherb was really dry almost stale, the gods gift super fresh and fire, the yummy was good value meds, sauce dense kinda dry but no where near as bad the sherb and the grape thunder was big dense nugs great for 70 a half before tax. I would recommend all these again minus the sherb for the price didn't expect it to be this dry since it was a high grade item. regardless I will continue to be back just know to ask ahead for how fresh it is so don't get home to a small disappointment. thanks again Ben great service and experience

came in first time was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist got thru the sign up in a couple mins. don't sleep on the bottom shelf I got some purple kush for 17 a 1/8th that was just as good as the stuff on the 30 and 35side good tree on all around, huge selection, quick service and great staff from now on when I'm in San jose this is the only club I need
