I'm sorry one reviewer had problems with BSS, but I signed with them in 2017, renewed once, never had any problems. They've been helpful to me and it's a nice casual office with friendly staff. When the doc is in on Tuesdays it gets really busy and frantic and everyone is multitasking, so check your paperwork before you leave. I've not had that problem yet.
