The most unprofessional staff i have unfortunately had to deal with. The manager Kellie will tell you what you want to hear and not follow threw. Due to THEIR mess up, I'm still waiting on my card after my initial appointment with them on 4/30/19. They called me not long after to tell me they messed up my paperwork. They forgot my zip code when the re-wrote my application. (2nd time they did this to me. First i caught, sec i gave them to much of benefit thinking they can't make the same mistake twice. They did) Kellie said she would have everything ready to be sent in when i got the denial letter. She didn't. I had to wait for the doctor to come in on Tuesday's only. Another four day delay. I got off the phone with MMP on 6/13/2019 and they had yet to have my application in their system for processing. I called Kellie and she would check into it and call me back. I have yet to hear from her?? You aren't patients to these people, you are money. Once they have it (your money) you get treated like they don't give a f___k. Be wise and take your money to some one who cares to do the right thing. Who will treat you like a patient! If this business had competition they would loose all their patients. It is worth it to travel and be treated right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they have lost my business for ever. Giving me a discount of my follow-up, isn't making your fuck up right with me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you can, IF you have to utilize this business triple check you paperwork. They are just a bunch of stoners who have a doctor come in once a week.
