They always seem to be busy too busy to deal with the online orders which are supposed to be expedited, but they always seem understaffed and the online orderers have to wait just as long as the walk in orders.

You order online only to be ignored in the online express line. There really isn't any priority on the online order.Especially if they are dealing with customers inside the store. It only makes sense if you constantly have someone posted on the online section of the store. So that it incentivizes people to order ahead of time online. It actually disincentivizes people to order online when they show up and have to wait the same amount of time that walk in customers are waiting for their product, especially when they have ordered ahead of time.
