Hey SilNaakin - we apologize about the less than pleasant experience! Typically, our couriers are diligent when providing exact change but we can understand that mistakes can happen. Our team is always great about verifying discrepancies and providing credit when due. For the product, we would love to know more about the specific brand and strain that was purchased and our purchasing team can be aware of the underperformance. Hopefully, you reach out to our team and allow us to rectify your situation. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi SilNaakin. We would love to hear your feedback on what we can do better for you next time. - Cannagram team
