Poor service

Took over 3 hours to get the delivery. Most importantly I called in and kindly requested a phone call and no knocking on the door! However driver just walked up and knocked the door! Left him a tip anyway but def not a good experience.

Also, the driver noted that he called and got a busy signal two times so he approached the door, otherwise he'd have had to move on to the next stop. Also, on that day, we had a driver call out sick last minute and were unusually busy too, and we advised you of that when the order came in and you were ok with it. Great customer service

Just got done dealing with another delivery service. Customer service was very very subpar with kolas don’t recommend. Cannagram on the other hand completely took care of me and even waived the extra delivery fee for out of range because of how poorly I was treated at the other delivery service. Elisha is the best.
