Went to HR about issues with management and ever sense then the manager targeted me. They left no support for one of their leads so I helped him after being asked to (and told by hr it was okay if asked). Owner acts like a nice guy in front of people but if youre behind closed doors he's a tool and doesnt let you talk. They also watch you on the cameras. Management also talks about you to her friend outside of work and gives them information about your life that shouldn't have been said. Other lead is an alcoholic and got so drunk he couldn't work. They pick and choose who they write up. If manager doesn't like you she finds everything she can to write you up and get you fired even if its false. Owner went to a vendor day that was ran by Green degree (owners are currently under investigation) that should tell you enough
