the past 3 visits I've pre-order online. the total I get online varies from the total your told when you pick up at sierra anywhere from 2.00 to 5.00. with everything going up in price except my paycheck I budget every penny and think it's crappy this issue is still continuing.

never fails when I go to Carson city I have issues with my online order for pickup. today the total I was given online was different then the total I was given when I went to pickup order. luckily the amazing budtender took care.of it and why I only gave 2 stars was his stellar service.

Thank you for taking the time to verify my medical recommendation pricing. I've been to sierra a few times and each vendor for pickup tells me the medical recommendation pricing has been applied. I knew it wasn't but didn't want to be a difficult patient. today the 2 guys working discovered I had 2 accounts and merged them. you guys are awesome and I appreciate the extra mile you went. Stellar customer service!

I choose my orders by the information provided by Sierra on their site. Why are the THC % and data never remotely accurate? I just got a large order and the levels for flower on menu were higher than what I always get!!! this time by 5-6% which is alot. if I knew the true information on the flower I got I would of purchased something else. This is super frusterating considering we cant return anything once we get home?

really digging the Orange 43 popcorn flower nugs from Bohemian Brothers. extremely fresh and fluffy NOT dry that it crumbles apart. really effective without the couch potato effect. Hope Sierra continues to offer popcorn nugs. They are the perfect amount to medicate with.

I have been visiting Sierra for some time and consider myself a premiere customer. the bud tenders are hit and miss. but the most recent few visits Tiffany has been on point. she always lets you know the deals and what offers they are promoting. Her suggestions on products you can tell she knows her cannabis. thanxs Tiffany for always hooking it up.with good flowers.

the first time I used the pickup service offered was not the best experience. I placed my order then received a survey on my experience. when I arrived the pick up window was closed. this was on a Friday at 4pm. I was told she was on break & wouldnt return for 30 min. I was frusterated. if she went on break why didnt I get a notification? I got a text survey from sierra? I couldnt gather why the lobby was jam packed woth patients waiting to go back while both express windows had lines to the door & the pickup was closed? my name was finally called & andrew helped me. I was a bit short with him & he still was friendly & provided great customer service. I appologized & told him my frusteration. I know everyone at sierra works hard & deserve a break but its just considerate to notify patients too. if you can text a survey text to notify patients too. andrew appologized and explained to me the process. thank u andrew for the action you took.

I went into the Dispensary for the first time today. from the moment you enter to the moment you exit is a wonderful experience. maurice hooked it up with some kind flowers. this is my new spot to go. first time I didnt get flower that was dry that falls apart and crumbles. and super tasty too.

The majority of the staff are pretty cool & you have a great selection to choose from only issue is every posting on THC & CBD is never accurate. I order & use the levels provided to determine what to purchase. I even inquire with the tender & they just say yes. I understand if it was off by 1% but we are talking 5% difference. Sierra site says 15% while store & bud tender claim 20% something....

it's awful weather and went by to get some medicine. I get home and it's not what I order! I ordered 3 grams of blind date and got 3 joints and I didn't get my change. now I'm forced to use what was given to me. make you double check everything here the staff is on auto pilot and sometimes you get screwed.

I have come to this spot several times as there is only 2 shops in carson city. Everytime this place has the dryest flowers. i get bags filled with air that are sealed and the buds just crumble into almost powder. I wish they would get moisture packets to stick in their flowers like some of the Reno stores do. Door guy is cool as hell.

I have a medical card as I suffer from migraines and a few other health issues that cannabis helps rather than be knocked up on pain pills and not coherent. I recently just relocated to NV from CA and the difference in selection, price definitely vary significantly. But the staff at Sierra Wellness I feel is outstanding. Including the door guy. During my recent visit I was skipped (a training whoopsie) and the door guy handled it ASAP and Mario was able to assist me right away. He knew the menu well and I didn't feel any pressure at all. The staff makes you feel that no question is a stupid question and I really enjoy they have a variety of budtenders. They are not all skinny 20 something eye candy budtenders. When I am in a quick need of medicine I always go here.

Finally a store where the person who helps you choose your medicine isnt also taking your cash so you get dirty herb. A different employee takes your cash, a seperate employee packs up your medicine and another rings you up. this location has the best quality I've seen in awhile. Staff is friendly and you can even call for pick up!
