They never answer their phone or emails (what's the point of having them?!) They don't offer ANY kind of discount, no punch cards for discount on future purchases, no reduced price or tax discount for medical, no price matching (seeing how they're easily $5-10 more expensive than other Eastside shops, I can see why they don't do this.) Their selection is decent, but I always feel rushed when at the counter. Knowledgeable budtenders are hit or miss. Instead, you should drive West on I-90 to Bellevue & hit up Higher Leaf, Green Theory or Novel Tree (nice medical store) for better prices, friendlier budtenders & an overall better experience.

I love this place! Budtenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and in my case, patient. Lizzy was stellar in helping me try a new strain, and a bubbler (my first glass piece!) And they give medical card holders a discount too. They've got my business as long as they're around!
