3 Stars My Arse
this place has a bad rap here with a dismal rating that is nonsense. Just babies boobing cuz they can't use their passport as ID, it's ridiculous! I've shopped 100's of stores across 5 states, this is a 5 star experience. Great product, friendly staff, quick service, and most of all, knowledgeable! 90% of the bud tenders I encounter barely know the difference between indica and sativa and hardly trained. My bud tender knew his shit, and was quick to serve up exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be returning!

Outstanding selection and customer service
This store has an outstanding selection of everything cannabis. It is like being a kid in a candy store (but the candy is a lot more expensive!). The bud tenders know their stuff and did a great job helping me find exactly the right kind of treatment for what is ailing me. They are great at bringing out the proper selections to chose from and patient about explaining the pros and cons of each. So easy to go in and get what you need. Really fast at keeping the line moving too!! To the passport whiners, they don’t accept passports because another local store accepted fake passports and the cops raided them and closed their doors, FOREVER! If you are going to bitch and moan, bitch and moan at your fellow green buyers that are using fake passports to buy their stuff. They are the problem. Not the store!

Great Service , Fast, and Clean
Stopped by while staying in issaquah for work and this place was great. Alex was proactive, a great listener and didn’t try to over sell me. She helped me get what I need quickly and without hassle. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Alex is the type of employee that makes businesses grow, I wanted to leave a tip but they are not accepted here. She definitely deserves a raise. Will come back next time I’m in town .

This is one of the friendliest, well-kept dispensaries I’ve ever visited. All 3 employees I spoke to were very nice. Prices were right. Location is cool and felt safe too, building is really nice inside. Didn’t feel like I was going to get jumped in the parking lot on the way out either, which is a nice touch.

Everyone who works there is so knowledgeable & fun to talk to. All I have to do is walk in & tell them what I want & how much money I have then ask them to pick out what they would pick 4 themselves & I've never been disappointed!!

I am new to living in the area and I’ve been a frequent customer at Issaquah Cannabis Company ever since I moved in. I was feeling a bit outta mental energy so I did what I normally do and went to Issaquah Cannabis Company for a productivity boost. Jenn was my bud tender. She was immediately welcomed me into the space. She was genuinely friendly as she helped me to find two strains optimal for my needs. I went with her instincts and loved the results. I found my forever pot shop. Smoking the right weed can have a cheering up effect during an otherwise physically, financially, mentally challenging week. Keep in mind anyone who gave low ratings to this store and other bud stores and restaurants likely hadn’t smoked all day and still hadn’t smoked anything when they posted their reviews.

Always a great experience
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Walking in and getting hit with with THAT smell instantly puts a smile on my face. This was the first store I purchased legally from as an adult, I was a little nervous and told the very helpful Budtender I had no idea what I was looking for. I’m sure they get that a lot. So after asking a few pointed questions to see what I was expecting from my experience they picked a few selections. Easy peasy;)

Excellent is my rating for Dylan.
First experience at your establishment for myself, not my first pot shop by a long shot but my search has finally reached an end! With every new purchase, my personal fave flower, came a new hurtle to overcome. I won't get detailed because it might cause boredomfor most, so I will just say the vibe Dylan gives off is confidence enducing for sure! In training you must be stressing having good listening skills and exuding assurance, which I saw with Dylan. Nice job! No reason for the score not to be 5 stars as far as I saw.
