I have a dispensary close to my house that allows me to bring used carts and recycle them. So I went to embarc and asked the lady at the desk if they recycle carts, she said yes take it inside. I went inside and asked the same question again and was advised you can throw it in the garbage, I went ahead and and did it. She later said "but not here" it's not legal to bring used carts..believe it or not I had to get that cart out of the "trash". I mean what??? First the girl tells me bring it inside, second girls tell me throw it in the garbage then adds not here after I've already thrown it away, then tells me it's "illegal" with police presence outside coz the god damn dispensary is right in front of the DMV. I spend 100 dollars on heavy hitter carts every 3 days and tip heavy, you will never get my business again.

If you like a product, its restock rarely happens, delivery service is not reliable. Reward program is horrible, 1% for returning customers.
