I spoke to the manager who apparently approached you with the intentions to keep the stairs and front entrance clear for customer traffic. He meant no disrespect and extends his sincere apology for his communication approach leading to the misunderstanding. Having said that, please come back by Ohana and ask for Will who is in charge of our sales department. We are COMMITTED to making sure our operation is focused on exceptional customer service and would appreciate another opportunity to make this right.
