Okay normally lightning doesn’t strike twice but I visited the coos bay branch with optimism after reading reviews. Was not pleased and left a review on that sad experience. But surely it can’t be that both locations happen to have similar issues. Starting to think this is a training issue or maybe they only hire friends and family. Whatever the case may be this store was just as unprofessional, rude, and lacked any sort of human interaction that left me feeling very disappointed in ever visiting this “chain” of stores on my way through. Money is better spent elsewhere.

First off, I’ve been to over 500 different dispensaries through Oregon, California, Washington, and can say that this one is by far the worst one. Rude employees to start off with as well as one of the “dudes” just casually smoking a joint right next to the building. I get it’s legal but how about some professionalism? I asked several questions that should absolutely be common knowledge amongst budtenders but only received extremely vague cliche replies such as “oh it’s fire.” Lack of knowledge, unprofessional, and incompetent is putting it lightly. Spend your money elsewhere you won’t regret it.
