Okay normally lightning doesn’t strike twice but I visited the coos bay branch with optimism after reading reviews. Was not pleased and left a review on that sad experience. But surely it can’t be that both locations happen to have similar issues. Starting to think this is a training issue or maybe they only hire friends and family. Whatever the case may be this store was just as unprofessional, rude, and lacked any sort of human interaction that left me feeling very disappointed in ever visiting this “chain” of stores on my way through. Money is better spent elsewhere.

Infringement of rights

This company is in direct violation of “Title 18, U.S.C. Section 242.” By asking me directly if I have received a medical treatment they have violated the law and infringed upon my rights as a United States citizen. Leaving a review as a time stamp of the day it occurred as I will be moving forward in filing with the Department of Justice for ADA and HIPAA violation of “Title 18, U.S.C. Section 242.” I would consider changing company policy of asking customers their private medical experiences between them and their doctor, as the first violation is subject to a $75,000 fine with a $150,000 fine for any further violations. If you wish to contact the Department of Justice ADA information hotline the number is publicly available on DOJ website. Thank you for your time and hope to see changes so I don’t have to continue to pursue this issue.

I was a loyal medical customer but not anymoreI did all of my shopping there in between harvests because I have serious back issues im not able to return a 40 dollar vape pen that broke in less than a week and the air is way to hot to smoke or inhale and they wouldn't exchange it for store credit and this morning I sat in there for 15 mins products already weighed and ready to go to then find out that they couldnt help me cause computers are down so basically I wasted a 1 mile walk over there with my back killing me
