No excuse for the ridiculous pricing on flower at this store. It'd be hard to find another shop in the state as expensive as this one. Not a fan of taking advantage of cardholders on vacation.

For PR to change any flower that's good to $60/8th and no bulk pricing is very disappointing. I know the growers are ultimately responsible, but there are things they could have done, and even been willing to eat some of the hike instead of pass all of it on to the consumer during a pandemic. It's sad. And when you complain, you get a copy and paste reply, I know this because my friends and I all got this identical reply to our complaints. THEY. DO. NOT. CARE. Here is their cut and pasted reply, in case you receive it too: "We appreciate you as a patient and thank you for the feedback. As an independent dispensary that does not grow our own flower, we do not control the market prices. Please reach out to your legislators to hopefully get more licensed growers online and drive that market value down!"

They may as well not even have a rewards program. Basically it consists of earning a "point" when you make a purchase above $50. Then after 3 points, you get an 8th for a $1. The problem is, they only make a handful of 8th's available for that reward redemption. And they ALWAYS pick the ones with the lowest THC that they can't otherwise move. So our reward for visiting Liberty frequently is an 8th I'd NEVER buy. Other than that, the staff and selection is great. But the "rewards" program is a slap in the face and that's why most of my business goes to Peake Releaf instead these days.

I understand needing to change the rewards program, it was too generous. But to make qualifying purchases $50 min. AND restrict the redeemable 8th's to low shelf flower is way too far the other way. As such, I have not been back to Liberty since these unannounced changes hit with zero notice. Peake Releaf doesn't have as deep an inventory as Liberty, but their rewards program is a straight 10% with no strings attached. This on top of their bulk discounts. It's a real shame. I love the staff at Liberty, and it's a positive patient experience. But these changes essentially eliminated their rewards program.

Liberty continues to be the best dispensary in the Bethesda/Rockville area. Beat rewards program, best staff, best inventory and pricing. They were extremely proactive too, the first to offer curbside pickup during the pandemic and it's a very smooth process. Kudos to the leadership at Liberty and the entire team. You guys blow my mind, and I'm happy to call this my home and go to medical marijuana pharmacy. Cheers.

I wish some things were different but I appreciatw that management reaches out and is genuine. You can't always get everything you want, but I trust PR at the end of the day.

Kudos for the disciplined social distancing. Only allowing a few back at a time, and offering to call patients from their cars rather than waiting in the lobby. Additionally, the inventory is always great and the prices more than fair. And the Happy Hour deals are awesome too. Appreciate everything about Harvest.

They kill it. Their pre order system is top notch, as is their rewards programs, sales and inventory. Most importantly, their staff is super friendly and helpful and genuinely cares. They've had hand sanitizer all over the store the past couple weeks and have used gloves. Over the past couple months, I've found less and less reason to visit any other dispensary. Keep up the great work. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for doing such an awesome job!

Not a fan of the decision to stop posting lab results online. All of the other stores in Rockville/North Bethesda do. Very inconvenient. In addition, they are no longer vigilantly updating their weedmaps menu. Several flower strains are sold out or in stock but not reflected on the online menu. I understand and have empathy for the difficulties of changing POS's. But I don't understand or have patience for not keeping us informed through their menu's, or for no longer responding to complaints. Peake Releaf seems to have taken a turn for the worse, and it's very concerning. Fortunately there are several other great options in the Rockville, North Bethesda area.

Leaving 5 stars for now, but worried about the inventory management. Not a fan of these past few weeks.

Always love the staff and atmosphere at Harvest. As well as the changes they've made with inventory management, selling more top shelf flower from great growers. However, as much as I'm finding myself spending there, I wish there was a loyalty/rewards/points program like all of the other stores in Rockville/Bethesda have. Many times, if the same flower is available at a local competitor, I'll go to them to continue to accumulate rewards and points. I'd also like to see a pre-order/pickup option. Other than that, keep up the great work.

Super professional and passionate staff, and great pricing. Part of their pricing is selling bulk/in house packaging. Obviously growers like Verano and Temescal pre-package exclusively. I wouldn't mind paying full freight (with no discounts) on those products, just because it's inconvenient to have to get them at another dispensary. Furthermore, by carrying those products, it would draw more foot traffic and awareness to your discount business model, and more importantly, expose them to the super friendly and professional staff. Just my .02 cents, but I feel like this presents the opportunity to gain more regular customers. Also, disagree strongly with the suggestion from a previous review that HMS sucks (they lack variety), or that Grassroots sucks (they don't have enough of their awesome strains). People are quick to forget, we are in just our 7th month of being "operational" here in Maryland. I think overall, it's going great. Several more grow-op's coming soon, too.

They just get it. They treat their patients very well, offer great pricing and in the event of any kind of mistake (no one is perfect), their resolution program is top notch. With the ongoing discount, on top of their rewards points program, they are making it obvious that I should buy most of my product from there. Keep up the great work.

I was wrong to judge a book by it's cover. Zenity has great discounts, and unlike other dispensaries that offer discounts but hope you don't bring it up, they are transparent and take pride in their pricing. Budtender was very eager to please. I purchased an 8th from a new grower, Grow West. It was called "Biohazard", tastes amazing and feels great so far. Only complaint was no labeling in terms of any lab results, I only know the THC% from their Weedmaps menu, but no terpenes or individual labeling. As a medical patient, I do enjoy journaling terpenes and stats and drawing conclusions about my treatment options based on efficacy. Other than that, great experience.

I won't be visiting this store based on Weedmaps menu and pricing. Charging $25 a gram and $75/8th of bud that is $18-20/$55-60 everywhere else is absurd. A 2-3% variance in THC% results can't justify a 20-35% markup. A $75/8th comes out to a $600 ounce. Just unacceptable, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Unfortunately, I give up. It's very difficult to ever find anything quality at this store, but when you do, its $5-15 more an 8th than anywhere else, all because of their tiered pricing model (strictly by THC%). Fine store if you're looking for mids or if you're okay paying more than you would at other stores like the one in Urbana, Germantown, Gaithersburg or even Ellicott City. This may have worked in Vegas, but NM isn't a tourist town and MD isn't NV. I really hope they rethink things.

Kannavis isn't the biggest dispensary, and they haven't always had the best product... but Jordan and his team are never out of the fight. It's been rewarding seeing them evolve and are already one of the best run shops in the state. They consistently give great advice, and seem to be developing strong relationships with their growers, based on their pricing and continually improving inventory. I'm impressed. I highly recommend Kannavis, even if it's a tad off the beaten bath. Rather EASILY the best option in Frederick/Carroll Counties.

I like the staff and vibe there but was turned off when a strain/grower was one price on a Tuesday, and another on a Friday... all because the latter batch was about 1.5% higher in THC. This isn't how the growers sell to you, so it doesn't feel great getting toyed with like that. Furthermore, they often don't update their online inventory to hoard the few good batches they have gotten so far. They are local and friendly, but so far are significantly behind in this movement. The dispensary in Urbana is consistently more affordable and has better inventory. I'm hoping Euphoria steps up their game.

Finally... FINALLY got a great GSC strain, by Shore Naturals of course. I love that Remedy now carries Shore Naturals almost exclusively. Their staff is consistently great. They really have created a nice scene and vibe. Only wish I could pay with debit or CanPay. And that they labeled their packages with the test results. Beyond posting the THC% on their menu, I haven't seen the full Terpene test results lately. As I've charted my purchases and their effects, I've learned more and more about what to look for in a Terpene profile beyond just THC%. It would be helpful. Still all 5's. Keep it up.

I love this dispensary. The staff is world class. From the security guard, to the front desk, to the budtenders to the cashiers. EVERYONE has been very friendly. Shout out to Anthony who upon learning of my preference for indicas, steered me away from a particular hybrid that was sativa leaning, despite me going in to purchase that particular strain. I left with something else instead, and if it were possible, I'd give three thumbs up. I love being consulted, rather than just having my order taken. Nick is also VERY knowledgeable, and had a great conversation with Jennifer about Indicas. This will be my go to shop. Keep up the great work.
