Richlabs, Thank you for your review, we apologize for the confusion, however, to clarify, we actually do not make any samples for grams of any product. All of our samples are prepacked 8ths and will have a big sticker stating "sample." The initial "S" on your gram container is of the person who packed the flower. It is a procedure we implemented to be able to track in any case the flower is short or mislabeled. We apologize for your flower being dry and will definitely have our quality control manager take a look at the batch. Thank you for bringning this to our attention , we hope to make your next trip a better one by taking steps to ensure this does not happen.
