First time customer. The young lady at the front window was helpful and friendly. Security guard was polite. Once entering I was greeted and welcomed. I knew exactly where to go thanks to the lady at the window and I waited about 20 seconds. They knew what my order was and they verified the product and I was out the door. Nice easy transaction. The interior of the place has a nice clean neat design. I love the green grass they have behind the windows it looks so awesome. I really enjoyed the place. And the employees ROCK !!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Overall it was a good experience. They packaged the order quickly and well, delivered it curbside to my vehicle quickly and were pleasant. The phone menu when calling could be a more distinct indicating to press 3 to ask for curbside pickup, or a different dedicated number specifically for this action, but that’s nitpicking a bit on my part. In this day-and-age, accepting Zelle, PayPal, and similar apps as payment equivalent to cash is quite commonplace, so it not being offered here is a slight inconvenience. They still accept debit (with fee) as well as cash.

I came here a few weeks ago for the first time and was incredibly impressed. The space is amazing and very spacious! And the customer service was absolutely stellar, from the girl at the front check in area to the woman that assisted with my pickup order. This will definitely be one of my go to dispensary's from now on:)

I ordered a 5pk of sluggers at a discounted price, they gave me a single at the same price. When I tried to tell them it was incorrect, they kept trying to shove the blame saying “they showed me first”. I was simply verbally told my order, but the single was the same strain as the pack so I didn’t question it. They said the single scanned so it has to be that one, but I still had my order open on my phone on the app that clearly said I ordered a 5pk. The manager came by and offered me to buy the 5pk at full price and when I told them no, bc I ordered a 5pk at that price and brought exact change, so asked them to honor it, they multiple times said “we never do this, we can only honor it just this once”. Okay? What’s that gotta do with me? This hasn’t happened to me ever before so unless you expect it to happen again, why would I expect you to honor it more than once? TLDR : I ordered a 5pk online, I didn’t get the product I ordered, you should’ve swapped it no problem rather than shifting the blame like it’s the customer’s fault you listed a product incorrectly. I don’t have power over anything other than what I choose to order, and I chose to order a 5pk, plain and simple.
