I have come here a lot, and I'm rarely if ever disappointed. This is a top tier weed store. Professional in every way from security, to front desk (shout out to Taylor, thanks 👍) to the budtenders. They are professional, respectfull, friendly and knowledgeable. This place also has a lot of reliable top shelf products, so if I want to spend the $, I know it will be good. They also have lots of specials and deals, and a rewards program. I've left here happy many times.

I just wanted to write an update and say that after the remodel I have had really easy and flawless shopping here. Things are relaxed with lots of space and even more bud tenders working at the same time. I really can't complain about this place, only compliment. Everything that is in their control, they do superbly well (I see complaints on here about things they can't control, like taxes, fees, and regulations). They do everything that I want a pot shop to do at a very high level. They are super responsive to questions and help educate me. This shop seems to be trying to reach for greater professionalism, which I think they are succeeding at. People who think the line is too long: don't forget the express ordering system!!

Pros- Staff, security and bud tenders, are superb. Almost all bud tenders have had a lot of knowledge and are very professional, even when my attitude was whack. They seem to have some of the best relationships with the best growers. When other shops had crappy top-shelf product, this place always had really high quality flowers and concentrate. Prices are good/acceptable when considering taxes, and the new market uncertainty for everyone in the weed business. I give them due credit for responding to the huge increase in demand seen in this area. The product I have gotten here has almost always been very high quality and consistent. I also really like the accurate descriptions given of the lineage and effects. The things they do well all have a high level of difficulty, and they still are almost perfect in these areas, so, respect. Cons- Very confusing set-up, much more confusing than any dispensary I have been in. This has been touched on by MANY other reviews, so no need to go into that. I get frustrated shopping here when it's kinda busy. Overall- One of the best dispensaries I have been to. Tyrone sauce from Raw Garden was amazing.

All these BS responses from cookies are like "ask for a manager" but the manager I talked to was worse than the regular staff. This place used to be great, I came here once a week for over a year, but now? Why bother? Weedmaps is ALWAYS wrong, rude staff, rude unprofessional managers. BTW, just cuz you guys messed up and can't grow outdoor without rotten weed, doesn't mean it's your customers fault for not buying top shelf. Why do you even have cheap eights if you don't stand behind your product?
