I bought a cart and went to charge it and ots unresponsive i even called to make sure so im not wasting my time first they say yes they can exchange it then get to sun valley location and the manager amanda was like well i plugged it in and seems ok when I KNOW IT DOESNT WORK OR CHARGE SO NOW WERE STUCK WITH A NON WORKING UNRECHARGEABLE PEN
