Took 3 weeks to get an appointment, one day before my appt I get a call saying their practice had change and now it takes 2 appts to renew your card, $75 each appt. At my first appt they were not about to find my records that they create at their office one year prior. They couldn't schedule my 2nd appt for 2 weeks out. Two hours before my 5pm I get a call saying they have to reschedule me because their provider is sick and it will be at least 2 weeks before they can fit me in. At this point, it been almost a 2 month process and $150 to get my card renewed. There is another place in down town Spokane called Medical Green, saw me in less than a week, one appt only and $85.00.
