Went in today the doc was great

YES! Coming in to renew and found out the terrible guy that was here is GONE! The lady I saw today was extremely nice and extremely helpful. My appointment was on time and their office was not crammed full of people. They have relocated to a friendlier location as well. Great experience, changing my old review to reflect the amazing changes this place had made for the better.

WOW what a great experience! Let me start by saying in previous years i had been to another clinic and was unhappy so decided to give Green Wellness a try. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The doctor was very knowledgeable, the staff was courteous and the office was warm and inviting. I will be returning for my renewal!!

Told I needed to establish a "case history" despite telling the Dr. I had numerous visits and medications for my condition, simply told "well the records don't reflect that". Charged me 175$ for a 6 month recommendation and was told I'd need an appointment with a "nutritionist" and would need to buy all the supplements she recommended then follow up in another 6 months for another 60$ for the visit. After numerous complaints and requests for refund or second opinion I have heard nothing. Shady and unpleasant atmosphere in a bad part of town. Don't waste your time or money here! I waited an hour and a half for a ten minute appointment that I was early for.

Took 3 weeks to get an appointment, one day before my appt I get a call saying their practice had change and now it takes 2 appts to renew your card, $75 each appt. At my first appt they were not about to find my records that they create at their office one year prior. They couldn't schedule my 2nd appt for 2 weeks out. Two hours before my 5pm I get a call saying they have to reschedule me because their provider is sick and it will be at least 2 weeks before they can fit me in. At this point, it been almost a 2 month process and $150 to get my card renewed. There is another place in down town Spokane called Medical Green, saw me in less than a week, one appt only and $85.00.

So new provider there now. Terrible, crabby and nasty. They actually LOST my medical records. Let my renewal expire and couldn't get me in. I show up for my sppointment and 40 minutes later they tell me, "do you have your medical records?" Me: "No, this is my 4th year with you guys." "Oh sorry, you must have seen Dr. Capone, we dont have any of his records, you'll have to have them resent." Weeks later, after the office manager in Spokane tell me he'd get me in for my renewal, the main office tells me no and says I'd have to go on a waiting list. These people have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else. I'm going to try the recommendation of the last poster on here.
