Recently returned to Phoenix. What a positive change since I switched away (in Fall of 2017 d/t poor management) All new staff since I switched away. Staff is now knowledgeable and caring. Prices are competitive. Only wish they had a larger selection of edibles and topicals.

Have witnessed female manager being rude and condescending to both patients and her employees. (This behavior is monitored by camera and allowed?)CBD offerings are limited. Tried to pressure me to purchase high THC when I wanted/needed high CBD. (She became angry when I would not purchase)Not sure if she does not know the difference or is just pushing THC. I know what works for me and what does not.Hope they get a handle on things here before it hits rock bottom. Have been a loyal customer for 2 years. Since new management arrived there has been a lack of compassion noted. Multiple occasions so not just a bad day. Shop around for a patient centered compassionate dispensary. Not every patient just wants to get high...this is our medicine. If you just want to get high and like bully/strong arm management this might be the place for you. No longer the place for me.

Customer service is declining. Variety of products is becoming limited. Is it under new management ? Rapid decline since June 2017.
