I did an online order to pickup. Prior to pickup k received call from main dispensary in the Central Valley saying the Salinas dispensary did not have what had posted on the website. I told them I would just drive up and see what was available. Staff at Salinas Dispensary was super accommodating helping me search out an alternative or close too. They told me they were out of stock/product in many of the items, unfortunately including the meds I needed but were hopeful for a resupply soon. This place, stocked or not fully stocked, is the place to go. Hopefully restock happens soon but I’ll keep checking in as the folks here that welcome home feel. Product price point we’re pretty spot on and the meds are of great quality.

Went in at 6:05 PM and it wasn’t busy. Yet about 2 customers were waiting to be greeted in front of me. Yet they as I were getting overlooked as more customers came in and were approached by the employees with tablets. Waiting about 10-15 minutes and still wasn’t greeted nor could I get anyone to help me out. So I left. First time this has happened and I’ve frequented this establishment when it was a heck of a lot more active. If I ever go back it will be with a online order if that. Hopefully I won’t get service like that for the online order. The regular crew I am used to getting service from wasn’t there so that may be my solution.

This was my first visit out of my home state to this dispensary in Reno NV. Very easy to find, great parking in a very decent secure safe area. Verification was a breeze with correct docs. Staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quality medicines on hand in different forms and strains to suit your needs. Super decent cost for said meds sealed the deal. California patients reciprocity respected here. If you don't come here you went to the wrong place.
