I don’t want to give the wrong idea there are still some very good employees who work here but it is very rare that you catch any of them while they are working. You can call here for 10 to 15 minutes at a time and your phone call will not be answered while trying to make an espresso order. On my way in today. The security guard notified me that I had one strike on my record from 2022. Funny that she’s the first one to tell me because nobody even told me when where or what happened to create that strike I’m guessing it’s because I’m a pretty brash veteran and I curse a lot but I would think that that’s my right since I spent three years defending this country in a crap hole. ever since a management change a year or so ago, this place has completely slid the opposite direction from when it opened. Make sure you are walking on eggshells when you are inside because you might possibly offend somebody and not even know how or why or what you did because they won’t tell you
