Thank you for visiting our store and I am glad you had a pleasant experience and were able to get all of your questions answered. I have spoke at length with our grower about your review. Us and our grower stand behind the plants we sell. We do offer a 7 day return policy on all clones as long as it is not a light, water, or a pest issue, all of the clones are inspected before we sell them to guarantee no pest and we have great light set up and our grower personally comes in the shop everyday to maintain the plants she waters and does a folier spray on plants as needed. All of our clones are placed in Coco which makes it a little harder to over water. But not impossible! =D We would like the chance to make this up to you and we would be happy swap out your plant for a healthier one. Most of all we would love to see your plant , if you don't want to bring it up if you could email us photos of the plant to terri@emeraldelitethc.com we would love to see it so at the very least we can attempt to diagnose it and we can do better in the future. We try our very best to ensure that each patient is happy with their purchase and pleased with their plants which is why we allow each patient to hand pick the clone they would like.
