I had some concerns an about this establishment and reached out to councilmen Ned Davis, as he is part owner. He was condescending saying- well if you know more than me, that’s just belief, not fact, amongst other things. He stated he hates the Dispensaty Leaf, in Thousand Oaks because they take all his business. He also said Bard Boys was going to fail. He stated an NFL backing only helps get you in the door before stating that the taxes would consume them. He told me we can agree to disagree on the tax exemptions that I am entitled to before telling me I was no longer welcome at his store. I happen to have my State Medical Marijuana Card, and am exempt from certain taxes. Managers Bennet and Marissa said the taxes were lumped together and there was no way for them to override them. I left and called. I spoke to the female manager who continued to interrupt and speak over me. I asked her for her name, I was hung up on. I called again and Bennet answered. I asked for the young lady’s name. I finally heard her scream in the background, I don’t give a f****! Give them my name. I have ailments I need my medication for. This dispensary does not care

went in today because wife suggested I try this spot. she told me to ask for a 4 Gram 8th cuz online it says that FTP get that. The guy said it's not true, they don't do that and that I was looking at a different website. NO! I wasnt, and it's still up on your page. false advertising or just non knowledgeable staff working that don't even know what dispensary deals are. ridiculous
