I hate the local parking issue; I drove around about 10 minutes before parking about a block away (which is fine actually). Walked in and one dude was coming out; even thanked me for opening the door. Security guard was on the phone but was quick and without issue. Buzzed me in within 30 seconds of handing over my ID. Again, one other person now leaving the bud room, and I was alone with 2 very cool ladies. Kris (sp?) hooked me up with a great FTP discount, and was friendly to boot. She showed me a few different jars after asking me my preferred price range (which I thought was professional and courteous). I may not be crazy about the location, but they definitely have my walk-in business so far (I do mostly delivery nowadays). Thanks for a great first time... 😉🤘

This was my first visit, and I have to say how impressive the set up was. However, I probably should have waited an hour or more to visit since I got there when they opened. Budmaster was not in yet so there was nobody to make moon rocks or shatter. But the service and price point are great, and I plan on checking out this place more. I got 2 eighths, plus got the $25 BOGO; I basically left with a free preroll and a $60 quarter of top flower. Buds were dry, but they did what they came to do. Nothing a piece of orange peel or apple won't cure. Jessie was great with introducing me to the operation, and Amanda was just learning things there as a new employee; she was patient and kind as well. I heard great things about this place and now I see why! Thanks for the care, and we'll see you again soon...

Had to try this place today after seeing it go through changes over the years from afar; budget was strained, nerves not yet fried but close, payday a week away, sick of all the dry pre-weigh for my strained economy. Waded through the many reviews of other area shops since they shut down the one closest to home unexpectedly. Most other places had dry, pre-weigh, and I prefer the allure of fresh, trimmed and packaged before my eyes. I was blessed to have the guidance of Chad OG! CHAD!! My man; he understood exactly what I was experiencing. Hell, we're almost carbon-copy of one another! Who better to know JUST the right meds to advise... And he was right. on. the. mark. I walked out with 1/8 each of Plat OG, Dumbo OG, Monster Cookies and my FTP gram of Purple Jack (along with some new product knowledge and a nickel tour of the place). Man. Chad knew I needed a smooth draw with elevated effects for pain, arthritis and anxiety, but DAYUM. I feel like I just bought myself some early Christmas! The check-in was professional, courteous and informative. Super chill on the inside; I got there 10 minutes after opening, and let me tell ya: this place is popular. And for a reason now that I have seen for myself. I will definitely be back for some more love, SBC! Booya~ Now if you'll excuse me, I have some green matter to attend to...

But... where is Genesis? She was always hella helpful and sweet. I never hear anyone mention her anymore...

Yeah, prices fluctuate. Show me a market where prices are rock steady. But I've received nothing but love from this shop so far, and that speaks volumes to me. I've never had issues with security (love the Manic Hispanic guard!) and the 'tenders are way helpful. Genesis, Angel and Justin have assisted me more times, and always know what to suggest. At least I always leave with what I paid for, and not something they grabbed by mistake...

I swear, they can't treat me well enough in here. All the 'tenders are chill AF, and know just what to suggest based on their experience with the product(s). They even thrown in complimentary gifts! I love you. And you. And her over there too...

She's a budtender who appreciates budtenders whom actually know and consume the product(s) they're selling. Very knowledgeable, friendly and knew just the right strains for my symptoms that also fit right within the budget. Even the security guys here are fo'real. Love coming back every time!

Came in with what cash I could scrounge for a low-grade 8th to tide me over 'til payday, and Angel goes and suggests the Maui Waui 5g special. And a li'l roll o' blessing on the side. If ever there was a shop indicative of customer satisfaction AND service, these guys have it nailed. I zoom out there to beat the 10 minute clock (it's 7:50 pm) and I look frantically for my rec in my truck. Find it, get checked in, they lost me in the system twice now. Homie at the desk dials me in, no problem; still feelin' the love. Get in, now the fucking ATM is out of service.... Guys tell me to get to 7-11 across the street, they'll stay open for me. Cool AF, right? Wait-- I go, get back, know exactly what I want (so they can get the hell outta Dodge--they're waiting on MY ass now). All smiles, they weigh my meds, I get out and get home. Surprise, surprise; they give ME a gift. WHAT??!! A free pre-roll, but hey guys... Now I'm feelin' the L-O-O-O-V-E. I've never seen anyone do that before. Must bring in some 'gifts' from The Chef now...

Actually, I can give praise for my FTP experience. I was last at this spot a few years back when it was MHO (only knew Amy and Amand then). I like what they've done with the place! I got to spin the wheel 2x and got some pretty nice prizes. This li'l cutie named Genesis hooked me up with some insanely friendly customer service, and she really knew her strains! Helped me settle on my first shot at Holy Grail; and the pricing is right on par and so far a value for my budget. I will surely be back since it's also closer to home than the other bomb shop I've just discovered across town. AND PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DON'T SEE IT POSTED ELSEWHERE: NO CELL PHONES. NO. CELL. One of my VERY FIRST shops when I got my rec back in 2010, when they were MHHR. Still remember how chill and spot-on the staff were. Even hooked me up with their personal recommendation for a 420 eval doctor! Oh, yeah, I'll be back. Just don't like parking where the cops love f***ing with us...

Met Anna and Armen for the first time yesterday. Armen! This is the Chef... You my boy, dawg! REALLY hooked a brotha up! Gave a little extra for ftp, gave GREAT recommendations for good meds, very helpful and informative. Walked out with the Private Reserve and some Satellite OG to go with my lemonades. I forgot to grab some cash on the way there, but Anna was very cool about it and let me right in about 15 minutes later when I came back! Very chill, very welcoming my first time around. I think it's safe to say you've got my repeat business. Great place, great location!
