Budtenders and staff were nice. Good products. 3 stars due to bad first time experience. Saw on weedmaps first time patients get 40% so I decided to stock up on some Rosin disposables and Rosin dabs. They reminded me upon entrance that since it was my first time I'd be getting 40% off, awesome. After placingmy order sadly my bidtendered told me the 40% off doesn't apply to any Rosin products! Bummer deal. Ended up grabbing 1 disposable since I was already standing there and left sad and Rosin less.

The shops nice, products always pretty good. You guys will be even better once you compete with the other shops in the area. 4g for $40 is high when every other shop is selling $15 eighths. Good flower but nothing special to warrant the upcharge.

Love the shop until today. 10 days ago bought 3 claw carts on deal. Yesterday loaded a full cart and smoked about half of it until It started to hit weird. Checked cart and distal is seeping out of the bottom. Called thinking it would be a quick “ yea no problem bring it in so we can see and we will swap it out”...no. You have a long email process to make a claim where I have to supply photos and receipts and descriptions then wait to hear back if I can get a non defective product. You guys could do better than that. What really doesn’t make sense is I know you could easily exchange the cart then return or make a claim to claw, sometimes carts are defective it happens. No one would be out any money or product, and certainly the customer/patient shouldn’t be out or have to wait. Not a great way to start a new company, The Pier would of took care of it on the spot.

They are just starting off so the selection is a little low but as they grow I could see this being one of my go to spots. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the gg4 prerolls are fire, actual flower inside instead of leaves like alot of other places. Nice job guys.
