I would like to know what is the purpose of doing online pick up if you have to come in the store and wait literally 30 minutes, then last week picked up a eith of Wi Fi OG That was by green way medical. It was completely dry old and no potency whatsoever, which I’ve never purchased a Greenway medical strain and it was completely dry and garbage.

For the past three months the Indica premium and top shelf has not been stocked or anything added to it then on the $25 eighths selection there has not been one selection of Indica for over two months. There are too many dispensaries in Las Vegas to deal with this selection. I’ve giving you three months essence I give up on you completely.

Asked for Cody the manager, to tell him about a purchase I made a few days ago. He was rude, not helpful at all. Basically told me that I was the only one to complain. Beyond disappointed with the unprofessional attitude from a manager. Keep in mind, I visit the Henderson location 4-5 times a week, and he could careless 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Waiting in a lobby for 45 minutes while they let every online order go ahead of you. Absolutely horrible customer service policy. There is no reason to wait this long, it’s 1 pm 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎and I’ll pass on ever waiting this long again. Just go somewhere else-Tust Me

I’ve gone to dispensary 15 times in the past two months never received any reward points for any of my visits employee actually showed me the computer screen where it said zero reward points for my past 15 visits any credit my account $1.60 I will absolutely never ever come to dispensary ever again and I recommend that nobody comes here because the place is a scam.And their desert growing farm strains are the worst and least potent strains of any dispensary in Las Vegas and that is an absolute fact I’ve been smoking marijuana for 30 years👎👎👎👎

Let’s start this review by saying I just waited 45 minutes at 10 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday because the place is understaffed and beyond unprofessional when the employee see a line creating they go hide in the back making everybody wait an extensive amount of time for absolutely no reason.Ive actually had a ex -co worker from essence tell me this for a fact. This place defeats the whole purpose of going into a dispensary so example if you have stress and anxiety get prepared to have more stress and more anxiety by going to an unprofessional place in waiting extensive amounts of time literally any day the week anytime I think I’ve actually learned my lesson and would never recommend this place to any person , And the kicker is another factor is there the only dispensary Las Vegas to raise the prices fact

Very low grade dry flower, no matter what strain of Kabunky you get- I promise you will be disappointed 👎
