Hi Meredithr, Thanks for reaching out, As per DPH regulations, only Massachusetts residents who are registered in the state Medical Marijuana Program are eligible to visit and purchase from NETA. Regardless of the recent vote, until regulations are established by the state of Massachusetts, NETA will only serve MA registered medical marijuana patients. We expect that the state may permit sales of recreational marijuana in 2018.
