It is clear that NETA takes pride in all aspects of cannabusiness operations, but their products and individualized patient services are what truly set it apart from the rest of the cannabis industry. Their staff is well trained and friendly. Their deep knowledge base helps to effectively guide patients through the challenges associated with: strain differentiation, consumption methods, applications and more, all with an eye towards identifying just what products work best for each patient’s needs.
NETA’s menu includes several brands of cannabis products that include topicals, edibles, vaporizer products, concentrates, flowers, and more, all in different varieties, potencies, and cannabinoid profiles. As a vertically integrated organization, NETA produces all of their cannabis products at their state-of-the-art cultivation and processing center in Franklin. Independent laboratories test all of NETA’s therapies for potency, pathogens, and other contaminants, so patients can rest assured their medicine is of the highest quality.
NETA accepts both cash and pin-based card transactions at their Northampton and Brookline facilities. They provide discounts to those eligible for their financial hardship program and also offer new patients $49 off their first $50 purchase. Their staff is easily reachable either by phone or through their very active social media presence, where questions are typically answered in less than 24 hours. Access to their facilities is easy with ample parking and handicap accessibility at all locations
NETA proudly operates two retail facilities in Massachusetts: Northampton in the west and Brookline in the Boston metro area. Both are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation. Patients are welcome and encouraged to visit both locations.

Is it possible for a 21 year old from out of state to purchase recreational pot without a medical card?
Thanks for reaching out, As per DPH regulations, only Massachusetts residents who are registered in the state Medical Marijuana Program are eligible to visit and purchase from NETA.
Regardless of the recent vote, until regulations are established by the state of Massachusetts, NETA will only serve MA registered medical marijuana patients. We expect that the state may permit sales of recreational marijuana in 2018.
I've now been to Neta 25 times or so. Always accurate, always helpful, always quality, always smiles. Everyone who works at Neta with an exception of just a few droopy faces is happy and compassionate. I've never been one time where I couldn't easily make a choice due to their branding and color coding. The quality is always top notch. Lines move at worst case in NorthHampton at about 45 mins. In Brookline maybe an hour.
I would say, the Rempen is a Go-to for me but it's a pain in the neck sometimes as in it's finicky. Once they have the kinks out of it or maybe choose to offer a better quality then I'll be happy.
Also, prices are excessive. I get it, I'm in business too but regardless of overhead, rent, employees pay, loss and everything in between, the prices are high. Soon enough that'll work itself out too and it's statewide not Neta by themselves.
Overall, no one comes close to Neta. They've done an incredible job. My 1.5 hour ride each way is always well worth it.
I have been there twice so far and the experience has been good even though the first visit took about 2 hours. the staff was friendly and helpful and the product was very good. I will continue to come back.
Super friendly and helpful staff, good product, average prices. Only complaint is that the wait is too long. I've been here twice and both times I had to wait over an hour to be helped, and that was with the express line.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We hear you and are actively working on making the wait time as smooth as possible. At NETA, we do our best to give each of our patients the necessary time and attention so that they can make an informed purchase. We make every effort to keep the line moving while not hurrying anyone through the process.

Staff puts wrong medicine in wrong containers.. different medicines in wrong labeled containers so when u get home u have to figure out whats what.. you call hour befor they close and ask if theres a discount on there 1/2 ounce limit and they say no they would never do that.. then the next day on the menu they offer 1/2 ounces for discount! Who runs this place the mafia? As a small business owner the customers always right.. i would be really carefull going to these dispensarys as you will find much higher quality medicine on the streets unfortunately... was let down to many times by neta.. please train your staff better.. your place of business is like the cafeteria in a high school... no business just play...they take advantage of poeple who dont know there way around a bag of weed.. ill take my money where ill get the same quality for 1/2 the price... support you local farmers!
Nickfromspfld - NETA makes every attempt to constructively respond to all patient inquiries and comments. However, the tone and simple inaccuracy of this review clearly indicate an ulterior agenda. Thanks, but no thanks.

Where are the prices please?
Hi Lhamo62 - due to regulations, we are unable to discuss pricing online. Feel free to call either of our dispensaries to learn more about our prices.
Great bud, great staff! don't agree with prices and know plenty places to get cheaper, but this place is well worth
At first quality was an A+ has slipped dramatically as of lately the buds are very tiny almost shake in my opinion not very potent or flavorful I am not sure what the problem is but it needs to be addressed I would rate the flowers they serve below B Grade
Hi loki, we're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchases. We do have several strains with large buds on the menu, and the lab results are listed on all of our product labels. As always we guarantee our products 100% so please feel free to reach out to us so we can make this right.
I have been to the NETA facility in Northampton several times since they opened on September 28, 2015. Everything about this place is first class. The building is beautiful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the product is excellent. NETA always tries to have 8 different strains of flowers in stock at all times and they change them up as time goes by. Plus, they have vape pens, edibles and many other products. The cannabis is a little pricey but that may change as their growing experience increases and the competition heats up. (Right now they are the only dispensary in western Massachusetts.) I was pleased to learn that 25% of their patients are over the age of 60. If you are ever in western Massachusetts, have a Massachusetts MM card, you will be pleasantly surprised if you take the time to stop in and look around. I think you will be impressed.
Quality medication at reasonable prices. I love that I can pick and choose, smaller quantities to try out different types. I got the Lee Roy GREAT!
Thank you NETA
