Dr. Jean was so understanding and also so helpful. My mother came with me to the appointment and while I had to fill out a form she took the time to explain everything to my mother also. She was also quick and very efficient. The whole appointment took 15 min tops and by the time I left I got the email confirmation that PA received my certification! Only thing was the suite was a little difficult to find.. so just give yourself some extra time to find it.
